Terms
The following conditions apply to all bookings. The acceptance of a booking implies acceptance of these conditions. The company reserves the right to modify these rules without prejudice to any rights acquired previously.
Prices
Rent prices depend on the number of people in the apartment. The minimum stay is 3 nights, except for special events where the minimum stay may be increased.
Reservation Process
To book an apartment you should check their availability on our website, in the event that the apartment is available you book directly through the system providing the data of a credit card that is used as collateral in the event of cancellation.
Cancellation
If you cancel within 30 days before arrival cancellation fee generates about 20% of the total reserve, these expenses are charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. If cancellation occurs within 15 days before arrival is charged 50% cancellation fee. In the event that the apartment booked by the end customer is not available the company is committed to offering an alternative with the same or greater range of quality and located in the same area.
Payment
The customer will pay in Euros in the coming days.
Bond
We request a deposit of cash collateral will depend on the chosen apartment and number of days of stay (between 200 and 400 €). The deposit will be collected on arrival and returned on the day of departure, after checking that the condition of apartment in the same condition as received.
Arrival and departure

Standards in apartment

Noise

Security

You have to leave the windows closed and doors of the balcony or terrace, every time you leave the apartment.

Trash
Do not leave garbage bags on the landing or at the entrance of the building. Garbage should be left in the containers in the street near the apartment.
Smoking
No smoking allowed in the apartment. It is possible to use the balcony or terrace as smoking areas.
Electricity and Air Conditioning
Close the lights and air conditioning when you leave the apartment.
Conduct
Not allowed to use her apartment for purposes other than its use as housing.
Any damage caused to the apartment or its contents should be reported immediately to the company.
The client undertakes to conduct civic and respect basic rules of stay in a home. Otherwise we reserve the right to sue customers leaving the apartment immediately without prejudice to the rights previously acquired by the company.
Cleaning
On arrival the apartment is cleaned and towels and clean sheets. The day of departure the client must leave the apartment in reasonable condition, otherwise the client can sue the company for payment of an amount of 50 euros.
Responsibilities
The owner is not responsible for damages caused by elements beyond their control.
All apartments have internet access service, any unlawful activity that is developed by making use of this service is the sole responsibility of the customer who is staying at the time. The price includes accommodation and the cost of water, gas, electricity and ADSL - Wireless. Price does not include the cost of optional services.
Data Protection
